What we collect
Your name, contact details and address; your pet's name, species, breed, age and medical history; payment records; and messages you send us.
On this website we also collect basic, anonymous usage statistics.
How we use it
To provide veterinary care, send appointment and vaccination reminders, process payments and insurance claims, and meet our legal obligations as a veterinary practice.
With your consent, we send our monthly Dispatch newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are kept for at least five years after your last visit, as required for veterinary practices in Greece. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@doevet.example and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Terms of service
Prices on this website are a guide and may change. You will always receive a written estimate before treatment. Online bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand.
